This program is a follow up to my Beginner’s Guide to Strength, focusing on building strength throughout the course of it! If you completed that guide or are more experienced with weight lifting, this is the guide for you! Throughout these next 8 weeks we will be working on progressive overload to become stronger. The guide is equipped with a custom macro calculator to calculate the macros you need to fit your body image goals. Since the workouts in this guide are strength based, as opposed to focusing on physique goals, you can use this during a cut, bulk, or maintenance stage!
